Flowerz is a simple puzzle game. In fact, "simple" might not be sufficient to convey how easy this game is to understand. Within seconds you'll understand the goal of the game: match three same-colored flowers to make them disappear off the board. Run out of spaces, and the game ends.
The game merits a play, thanks to its accessible gameplay. It may not have the charm or originality of better puzzle games, but it's hard to beat the price: free. Flowerz has a fair share of Achievements, and while completionists will have to play the game a hundred times to milk all 200G out of the game, it's easily recommended for players that are looking for a free way of boosting their Gamerscore.
It's far from perfect, though. The visuals are just as rudimentary as the gameplay, especially when compared to the iPhone version (which comes from a different team). Yet, in spite of its dull style, the game seems to suffer from a bit of lag. When performing combos, the system can appear to come to a total halt. There are times where you'll touch the screen, and nothing will register at all. Considering the price, it's easy to overlook these glitches, but these shortcomings mar an otherwise fine game.
