ModNation Racers 'Stunt Pack' free for 2 weeks beginning Oct. 26

We like our ModNation tracks short and sweet, but we're sure you'll have your own ideas for next week's "Stunt Pack" DLC -- free for two weeks. The pack's complete contents, including all the parts we didn't use, are posted after the break.

Neat. This might get me to fire up the game again. Making tracks were just as fun as racing.

I got this because all my friends said they wanted a kart racer to play online, then the rest of them either didn't buy it or never play it, and I realized I never liked kart racers in the first place. I was interested in the custom levels though, so at least they're releasing stuff like this to re-interest people to give it another go.

Local co-op is fun though.

Hey, quick question, can I download this DLC even if I don't own the game itself?

I plan on getting Modnation sometime in the future, but I doubt I'll have the money for it during that 2 week window. Can I just download the DLC and keep it on my console until I get the actual game? :P

yes you can just dont install it. And when you buy it install it. Or you can download it and you dont have to even download it and when you get the game go to download history and it will be available for download.

It's a crime that this game didn't sell better

When I said to download it and that you didnt have to download it I meant that you get it and you can download it and you can delete it but it will be available at the download history.

Finally!!! This is not all I would have wanted to see as DLC (paid or otherwise), but at least it is something in the right direction: after months of just getting new carts and mods we finally got new props. After all, the biggest part of this game is that you can customize everything, but tracks have been neglected so far.

But this is a good start.

I tried to download this at the playstation store and there was nothing found? Anyone else have this problem?

I couldn't find anything either.

Hmmm, wonder if it's actually today the 26th or a certain time.

Noticed that they have more stuff to download. More themes, avatars and stuff....maybe it is leading somewhere.

There isn't even a stunt pack in the Modnation DLC section of the PSN store. HUh?

It's up there now. I just downloaded it.
