Are you ready to hear one of the most startling things you'll hear this month? Listen to the new voice actor for Marty McFly in Telltale's upcoming Back to the Future adventure games, one A.J. Locascio. As far as we know, he's capable of channeling Michael J. Fox's voice using dark voodoo magicks.

Dude! He's doing a voice-over, he could look like freaking Yoda for all I care.
And lighten up on those caps, they don't grow on trees you know.
On topic: The guy is awesome. Obviously that doesn't necessarily mean the game is gonna be awesome but knowing that they got a great voice-a-like to do Marty is good news.

Great scott!
This guy is awesome, I just hope this game ends up on xbla. BTTF is my most watched movie ever. Spaceballs would be a close second. Revenge of the nerds would be a closer third (thanks full frontal!)

I know it's not quite perfect, but if you were actually watching a video or playing a game with Marty in it and this voice came on, you'd be convinced it was Fox.

Seriously, all other movie/television games have something to learn here. No, no, no, not the fact that it's possible for soundalikes to, you know, "sound alike".
No I'm talking about the fact that Marty Mcfly makes EVERYTHING better.

So, I'm assuming Michael J. Fox is, what, hiding behind the curtain, doing the voiceovers?
I can't believe that guy is that good at doing that voice. It's mindblowing.

That wasn't a joke. It was stated on the TT forums that's his reason why he can't. It's too much of a strain on him.

Neat! It's definitely a BTTF week;
saw BTTF at the theater today thanks to AMC celebrating the 25th anniversary. Even better than seeing Wrath of Khan on the big screen. Monday at 7pm is the second and last showing for those interested; several AMCs are doing this.

So there are soundalikes that actually sound like the real thing? Color me impressed.
I haven't heard in which platforms this'll be released, and I couldn't find any info on the site. Does anyone know?

If wikipedia is to be trusted, it looks like digital distribution in all the likely places (PSN, XBLA, WiiWare, PC, Mac, iPhone)
Everybody wins!

I knew there was a reason I didn't trust wikipedia more than I could throw it. That reason being I have weak arms of course.
Ah well. I'm personally not big on playing games on my PC, but if anything gets an exception to that rule, it'll be this.

For historical information and information on scientific topics that aren't too specific, Wikipedia is great because, believe it or not, there are actual "expert" editors that are knowledgeable in different fields that edit those articles. For computer related articles, it's also great, computer nerds (like myself) love Wikipedia, so the chance of something erroneous slipping by is slim. For things like info on unreleased games, it's not great. Never trust a video game article on Wikipedia that has info that seems too good to be true and has no citation.
