Weekly Webcomic Wrapup is rushing for a costume

Okay, okay, this happens every year and we always manage to pull through at the last second. We need a costume -- something clever, and relevant, and cheap, and not bulky, and not inherently unattractive. That's an awfully tall order for a single outfit, but we're sure that, if we think really hard, we can come up with a winner.

While we brainstorm, check out our seven favorite webcomics from this past week in the list below. You can vote for your favorite in the poll posted after the jump, and -- Sam Beckett from Quantum Leap! Booyah. Oh, man. this is gonna be the best Halloween ever.

The Blues comic made me go OH SNAP!!!

No Cash Value takes it easily. Off topic but, MINECRAFT HALLOWEEN UPDATE! It's 3am and i'm suffering from sleep deprivation but my adventures in The Nexus push me on. Encountered two bugs so far though.

And I liked Sonic 4, depressing to see that these comic writers are among the angsty Sonic "fan" following.

@Electrium You liked it, I liked it, and most reviewers liked it. You didn't start playing and immediately think "This isn't Sonic 3.5! THIS SUCKS!" Be proud.

None were all that good except for No Cash Value and Digital Unrest

I don't know why, but I can't stand the art style DU uses. One big reason I know is the eyes, but even if he changed those I'd probably still be put off by it.

Aside from his art, I didn't find his set up that funny. I mean the joke was good and had potential, but his execution of the joke didn't make me laugh.

I can't stand the "Austin Powers" looking guys in No Cash Value either.

And DU almost always trys to be to clever with their humor, and just fall flat for being so pretentious.

@sonicspike41 Digital Unrest is usually pretty bad in all aspects. Don't worry about it.

BiTF still sucks.

Noobs and Men, but i must say this was a lacklustre week

Virtual Shackles is really late to the funny, and it's the best of the lot. Ugh.

You guys should've at least picked BitF's "Doppelgangers" comic instead of that one, seeing that is ways better and funny than the one picked (and has some things that once you see them, you will never unsee them).

Having said that, this one will pick Nerf Now this week.

Ugh, mediocre week.

NerfNow made me smile at least, though, so it gets my vote.

The best part of this week was Nerf Now's title.

I had to go with Penny Arcade for Scribble-Tycho's expression.

Nerf Now wins it for me by having a Halloween comic that feels like a more violent Peanuts comic.

BiTF is the only remotely interesting one. What a dismal week.

How is No Cash Value always here? Do you guys think it's funny? It's the furthest thing from entertaining.
"OH MAN! E74 Error! That totally happened to me. This comic is hilarious."
Is the deadpan delivery what makes this funny?
