You're preaching to the choir, brother. I love my PSP, and this has been an amazing year for it, games wise. :)

Oops, didn't refresh.
But you see what I mean?
I love you Ezio, but what would happen if I told you Kevin Butler is a Templar?
In fact, his popularity comes from a Piece of Eden in the form of a golden PSP. All true.

Man, there's nothing I love quite so much as that awesome robovoice announcing the Big Three and Deal.

Love the Big 3 as much as the next guy but you could do the High 5 instead (High 5? Geddit?) that covers those 5 "most popular stories in the past 7 days" you have on the site... just sayin', as listening to you discuss the goings on of the industry is always interesting... anyway, carry on! Good show chaps

I agree more news stories would be good. The return of the segments reminded me why I started listening to the podcast in the first place. As I saw them disappear over the past year the podcast became more of a tool to supplement joystiq instead of listening to it for the laughs and their insight.
I couldn't believe how many points they hit on Kinect about what it is, who it's for and it's shortcomings that I feel very confident to not buy it until developers prove the camera's worth.

That moron in the podcast who's just basically trolling Castlevania... Seriously, get him out of the podcast team. Seriously. His points are empty and complete troll material.
Critisize if you want, be negative no problem, but seriously, can't this moron do it with a little more consistent points? The way he did it was just plain trolling with childish rambling. Pretty ironic considering he mentioned his belief the game was made by children. That guy is a pile of fail.

Yes, and most likely my last. I expected more intelligent discussions to be honest. It was alright for the most part, but his unreasonable trolling ruined it for me. If that is what one should expect, then this is seriously no better than the regular gaming forums "discussions".

Well maybe I was being a little harsh. The people that listen to this show love it, so hopefully that says something about the podcast. 157 ep's in these guys arn't new to the video game scene. While they may be critical, that is how ALL reviewers are.
These guys are good people. They are not morons. We live in a unhealthy sea of idiots in this country, however theses guys are bright, witty and insightful and if you give it a few more listens, I think you will begin to like them. Listen to an episode where you would agree with their assessment of a game. Maybe it will click with you.

I just want to throw my voice in behind Justin. Castlevania is not good. Sure, it ain't terrible, but it's another God of War, substituting Northern European Mythology for Greek.
It's really long, I'll give it that. But if you aren't having fun, how is that a good thing? I beat the first level and thought I was maybe halfway through the game, and was only a twelfth. I got through to the end of the second.
I may rent it again, in the summer when I have a bunch of time to kill. But it's NOT praiseworthy.

You are coming in at the end of a three week argument they were having. They are freiends having a disagreement on a game.
And I honestly think Luddy blowing off his legitimate complaints for three weeks just got him mad, and that's how he reacted.
He's a consummate professional, you just caught him pissed off. Don't be so judgemental, especially when you are new to a place.

Today is a proud day for me. I shall tell my grandchildren about the day I won an award for defending the great Justin McElroy.
"Skittles," I'll say (in the future all children will be named after Kinect characters), "Let me tell you about the day I saved the President of the World Government from criticism!" (you were planning on running for Ruler of the World, right?)
And then my grandson will yawn and go back to playing on his new Microsoft console, known as the 'Holodeck'.
Kids these days.

Games are at the complete mercy of the developer's talent, time allotted to make the game, and whatever cash the publisher decides to front the developers. That is why their are shitty games and their are good and great games.
Whatever you think the definition of games are, they are supposed to give the player joy and fullfillness that you're not completely wasting your time. This blogger's opinion didnt think it was worth his time.

The number one problem with Fable 3 for me and, the reason I returned it so quickly after beating it was the SLOW-MO ZOOM IN. Every fight I encountered it would happen at least 4 times. Then the enemies would surround me while it zoomed.
Seriously, one in three times I casted a spell or shot my gun it would zoom in, even if the enemy was still alive. At first it was cool but after awhile I grew to loathe it and tried to avoid fighting as much as possible I wish there was a way to turn it off.

I must be the only one who is getting completely locked out of playing Fable3 whenever I enter the Sanctuary. I don't know why my one particular copy of this software would be broken, but nobody else seems to be mentioning this. If I press START to pause the game or change weapons or outfits, then I have to "Save and Continue", and then "Load" the exact same game that I just saved. If I try to use the "Map" feature, I will often find myself completely unable to advance to a region. And forget about backing out of the map. You just can't do it. Why?
I shouldn't have to find a workaround to simply just play a broken game.
