Pick up a FightStick and Street Fighter 4 for $29

Well, this is most definitely the best deal on a Mad Catz FightStick we've ever seen -- we're tempted to predict it's the best deal we ever will see. Walmart.com is selling the standard edition FightStick, along with a copy of Street Fighter IV, for just $29.

Even if you already have an arcade stick, don't you need one for a second player? Or to experiment with modding? As for that Street Fighter IV, you probably already have it (or even Super SFIV) if you're shopping for arcade sticks, but who cares? Trade it in or give it away. The FightStick itself usually sells for much more than that -- even at Walmart.

Are they packaged together in a box, or just given to you separately? If it's separate, then I'd just return Street Fighter IV as soon as I bought the bundle.

if i didnt already have 2 sticks for the 360 i would get two of these and trade in the games somewhere.

i want to mod/ or find someone that can mod my current sticks to be compatible with the PS3

the stock buttons break bit faster yea. its not highest quality buttons but it still is decent for the average/ casual player. i have two of these sticks one with sanwa parts replaced. and another with stock parts (to lazy to replace the buttons and stick). both have lasted me since launch date.

eh- i don't want to have to buy additional parts and modify it myself. this is definitely the one i've been warned about before. i'm glad you haven't had any problems with yours- but i don't think i'll take the risk.

I only repalced the parts only because i was super active for the year SF4 was out and i knew that the stock buttons would wear out fast. and its really not a bad stick. it only craps out if you actively use it a lot as your main stick.

Bought it. Don't need SFIV, or the stick at the moment cause I have the Tekken one...but might as well =]. Thanks.

@Bronxchulo - They didn't seem to put the link. You can just go to Walmart, 360 games, and from there click bundles.

i bought it specifically for the controller. this deal has been going all morning so im not surprised its sold out (xbox) i saw it this morning and picked up 2 versions for ps3. ive already ordered the parts for modding my last joystick i threw out the window :) - i will trade in the game or return it for credit towards super street fighter and great deal in anticipation for MvC 3
