If this is in fact aimed at kids as well as older players, I love what it's going to do for the next generation's concept of Mickey. They won't have grown up with a sterile icon who is happy just because, well, he's happy and nothing bad ever happens to him. They'll have somebody who makes mistakes, forgets about friends, and then makes up for it. It looks like he'll have to earn his joy, be active in his own life, and I like that lesson.

This game is looking bloody amazing... There are so many great games coming out and so little time. GT5, Donkey Kong Country, WOW Cataclysm, Black Ops, Little Big Planet 2, and this.. I am not sure what I am going to do. I really want the Collector's Edition of this one.

Epic Mickey is as good as it looks. The graphics are amazing and plays nicely. I am currently playing a leaked version of it.

We all know this looks like ass compared to what it COULD look like on 360/PS3.
Good thing the dev has been dropping hints it will show up on other consoles!

This game looks like it will deserve its Epic Mickey title. It's such a shame that it's not being designed for true next-gen consoles like the XBox 360 and PS3.
I hope the hints about this game coming to 360 and PS3 turn out to be true. This game doesn't deserve to only be stuck with a gimmicky motion control scheme (and yes, I include Move and Kinect in that statement too.)

I think this is one of those games that, despite getting over-hyped by all the gamer sites, will end up getting a metascore of 65%. The gameplay videos I've seen seem really disappointing.
