Definitely going to pick this up on the 7th. I've been obsessed with chiptune music lately, and have even been trying to make some of my own with LSDJ. The tutorials from BitShifter and Glomag are enough for me to get my money's worth out of it.

If anyone's interested in a lot of free, amazing chiptune albums, go to 8bitpeoples.com. They have an insane amount of stuff from some of the best artists in the genre.

This is going on my list, for sure.

Another chiptune site is 8-bit Collective: www.8bc.org. Check the right column for the good stuff!

I've tried and tried to get into Chiptunes, but I just can't find any that are worthwhile to me. And I'm an 80s child :(

(although some of the Trent Reznor/Atticus Ross music from The Social Network has some cool 8 bit samples in it. I like that :))

I just bought this from 8bitpeoples last month. Oh well, i feel a little better about buying it directly from the source. Great documentary!
