Super Stardust HD 'pro' joins Housemarque, gets to work on Dead Nation

Described as a Super Stardust "pro," the phenom known as Tlo-Mek has joined Housemarque's team on account of "his gaming prowess." Sony announced the new hire alongside this gameplay footage of Tlo-Mek straight killing Housemarque's impending PSN release, Dead Nation. That's some way to land a job!

so what exactly is this guys position on the team? i think it's cool that he got picked up, but why exactly? what could he contribute to the making of a videogame? doesn't really make sense.

It's kind of sad to see this almost. I mean he's getting hired but based on what? he can actually play a game decently? With all the layoffs and talent out there in the sea why not hire a coder or modeler or animator and pay someone who went to school, got a skill set that can advance your team in some way...not hire some guy that your gonna piss away money on.

Holy shit, I have this guy on my friends' list and actually talk to him pretty frequently. Added him in the earliest days of Stardust when he was #1. Guess he never looked back.
