Nerf guns...I´d have never guessed that is the reason why programmers spend so little time checking their games and end up with 300 bugs that no one on the team noticed........

Uh, I've played ACII and ACBH on 360, and while they're smooth 99% of the time, there are quite a few framerate drops, enough to be annoying.

The strange thing is that the drops never come when you're in combat or something like that, but in random sections where you're just running through crowds and such.

well, now you can blame the nerf gun battles for the lack of attention to quality.... :P

Trolly McTrollsalot didn't hear the quote in the video where they are back to work 5 minutes after a nerf fight.

Where's your sense of fun, Unverified? Bobby Kotick's already spoken for.

and you really believe they went back for work after the "5 minutes" break???? riiiiiigggghhhttt, i mean there is a camera turn on right?? it´s forbidden by law to lie to the camera.........just check how many bugs the new splinter cell is going to have, or even better how "different from the other splinter cells" is going to be like they said of conviction and then you can figure out how many "5 minutes" they took...........

@PR0F3TA - It was a noble endeavor, considering what was being put out there at the time (the comic of her getting Bukake'd was especially atrocious).

That she didn't do anything to deserve the treatment she received made it all the more disgusting.

Hey leave "Tera Patrick" aka "The Cole Train" alone. She has feelings too. She just happens to have more "feelings" in certain parts of her body that need more tending to than most people.

I'm in a video game programming course right now and I hope to get my internship at Ubisoft in Toronto. It looks like a great studio.

Okay, maybe I'm old fashioned but when you have a development studio with 800 people working on games (even assuming multiple games, let's say 8, with even distribution, i.e. 100 devs per game), it's no longer a game development studio, it is now a game producing factory, and the games have no soul. Hence Splinter Cell 6, Modern Warfare 12 and Assassin's Creed 7 (ok, AC2 and BH are actually good, and I wouldn't mind a 3rd one, but the other two are definitely getting long in the tooth).

@2late2die

sometimes i really, really wonder if such ridiculous amount of people is really needed, when you see some quality indie games that are even better than the games that 800 guys create then you wonder why they can make a single game better, or at least faster??????

@(Unverified) -

What really galls me is the sheer amount of bugs left in some games, despite their insanely large development teams, and high amount of QA testers. The only thing I can come up with to rationalize this is that the developers just don't care, and think that they can squash any bugs that pop up with patches (Fallout: New Vegas).
