The sad part is that this animation is a million times better than any animation in Fallout 3 or NV.

I was about to post the same thing. It's sad that someone in his spare team and for free, release a mod with miles high better annimation than what you found in the retail game.
The Animators who worked on both F3 and NV should watch and learn a thing or two from those videos.

Needs quite a bit of work. The version for Fallout 3 has more polish from two years or so back. This one has some teleportation problems. Maybe it's due to Obsidian's modifications to the engine.
