Hopefully that warning will stop some poor kids' grandparents from ruining their Christmas!

I'd buy this for my little nephew or cousin. Not someone over 7 that knows better consoles exist.

I remember having a good ol' time with knock-off consoles at friends houses. Some of those games were just so odd or had weird little bugs that just made it so much more fun playing it with a friend. Sometimes it doesn't matter what you do or how you're doing it, but it's the company that counts.

Kind of like going to see a horribly bad movie with a friend and still having fun, cause you were with that friend.

At least there are kids out there that even get something even if it's a generic video game system like this. Especially this being targeted more for way younger children that could care less about having the newest and best console, graphics, and stuff like that... My 7 year old and even 10 and maybe 12 year old wouldn't care that much if I were to get this something like this even though they have my old last gen systems (PS2, Xbox, Dreamcast) and I sometimes but not often let them play my 360/PS3...

Also though I kind of have brought them up to just be able to appreciate ANYTHING they get for free even if it's clothes or non toy/fun stuff that they probably would have wanted. Plus I'm also sure it's being targeted to people that probably can't afford the current gen consoles/games and such, so something like this might actually brighten someones Christmas where they might have got nothing.

Which I can agree to that because I lost my job last year 4 days before Christmas just cause the sups/managers/HR people were letting me and others go before they had their long holiday weekends/vacation and I still HAVEN'T been able to get another job and just barely scraping by on unemployment that I was just barely able to get extended before the federal extension ended on Nov 30th but if nothing is re-approved by the time my extension runs out and I still haven't got a job then I'll be totally screwed since I'm a single father with 3 kids.
