Today's Amazon Deal of the Day is actually deals -- discounts on a bunch of accessories. If you look through the pages of deals, you'll hit upon some highlights like the Mad Catz Xbox 360 Street Fighter IV Round 2 Tournament Edition FightStick for $105 andthe Hori PS3 Fighting Stick 3 for $30.

But our personal highlight is right there on the front page. Hori's wonderful Dragon Quest Slime Speaker Stand for DS, which is a DS stand with a speaker in it, that is shaped like a Slime from Dragon Quest, and is on sale for $30. All of these offers will be active through the end of the day or until stock runs out.

While I enjoy Dragon Quest, if I had that slime stand I'd have to kick my own ass.

I might have to jump on that deal for the Fighting Stick 3. I've been wanting to get one, but never had the money for one.

Can anyone vouch on the quality of the stick?

that big blue slime is intrusive, you can't even see the screen, there is no way you could enjoy your ds with that sticking in your way.

Not to mention the slime would pretty much be munching on your junk as you game with it on your lap. If only it had a vibration feature...

I purchased the slime! Resting my DS on it while I play is obviously ridiculous but it looks cool and I could use a portable iPod speaker.

Am I the only one that saw "Flightsticks" and got all excited at the thought of playing Sturmovik 2 (pc) again? 'guess me's more of a pilot thana tournament street fighter.

Meh. I bought a Hori Real Arcade Pro 3 for 80.. I think it is 75 now unless it dropped some more... It's equivalent to the Madcatz Streetfighter TE stick but for a lot less.. and is easily customizable.

The Hori Fightstick 3 sucks... Get the HRAP3 instead for a few extra bucks.
