Fan-made Fallout film 'Fallout: Nuka Break' revealed
16
There are lots of reasons that wastelanders set out across the post-apocalyptic United States -- to find rogue droids, locate a lost parent, or perhaps simply to escape the shallow grave they woke up in. The three folks in this debut trailer of fan-made Fallout short film "Fallout: Nuka Break," however, are simply in search of a refreshing, cold Nuka-Cola.
The crew in charge of F: NB are known as Wayside Creations, a team of Fallout fans who wanted to make a non-profit film based in its world. No further information is given as to when we can expect to see the completed work, but we're hoping Bethesda doesn't shut down the production before that can happen. Check out the trailer in full after the break.

Looks promising.
Not the highest production values but the "fan" part is definitely in tact.

Looks like it's based more on Fallout 3 and New Vegas than the original two. Blah!

They look too well groomed to be in a post apocalyptic world.

@JDBar it is 200 years after the apocalypse. Maybe too soon to reinvent cars and planes, but soap is probably simple enough. Even if it's Brahmin soap

The script writer is Brian Clevinger http://www.nuklearpower.com/ a comic book writer who does 'Atomic Robo', 'The Avengers & Infinity Gauntlet' and 'Captain America: The Fighting Avenger'
Of course he's most web-famous for his years and years of 8-bit theater, the sprite comic based on Final Fantasy

This has convinced me that the world needs a Fallout movie. There's enough drama, humor and intrigue there to make it work, plus opportunities for a stupid ridiculous explanation as to how V.A.T.S. actually works IRL, with the accompanying slow-mo shots.
They could call it "12 Monkeys 2".
Or "Clock Stoppers 2". Terrible movie, btw.

So its a comedy? This could be really cool.

This is pretty much perfect. Instead of going for "gritty realism grr" they seem to stay pretty true to Fallout's campy atmosphere, which is helped along by the silly special effects. I like it.

If I still lived in Vegas, this is EXACTLY what I'd be out in the desert doing right now.
