Olivia Wilde : " ...I was like emotional scene? In the video game? What has happened?""

Wheres she been all this time? How do you avoid ever realizing games are more than just pressing one button? I guess she is very ill-informed.

@The Nasty Nick

It's ok to act ignorant on a subject if it's video games!

Saw this last night. I'd highly recommend it to any sci-fi fan. Surprisingly, my wife enjoyed it as much as I did. Although it may seem strange, I'd describe the film as "classy." Although it had all of the elements of a mindless blockbuster that depends solely on visuals, it stayed away from most of the pitfalls. The plot is mercifully a bit complex, the 3D is seamlessly integrated and never distracting, the tension is cut with appropriate glimpses of levity. and the action sequence never overstay their welcome. In my opinion, it is a refreshingly well-made film.

Saw the film about 6 hours ago. It was good, awesome visuals and a cool soundtrack. If you start to think about how computers actually work it breaks pretty quickly but if you just forget about all that it's enjoyable.

Anyone who has seen the movie; how was Jeff Bridges' perfomance? I'd like to know the Dude's getting along these days.

This film is going to be excellent eye-candy for the bluray masses out there!

Honestly the movie was pretty disappointing. The only thing that made it worthwhile was that Daft Punk did the soundtrack, which was amazing. Some of the visuals were alright but overall not the great. I was expecting more 3D but nope just same old shit.

I know that the new game hasn't been a critical success so far, but does it serve its purpose as a bridge between the films? I would like to know more about the interesting world that was hinted at in the new film, but if the game just further confuses the issue, I wont waste my time on mediocre gameplay.

Should I play the game first, then see the movie, or vice versa?
