There's that word again; "heavy". Why are things so heavy in the future? Is there a problem with the earth's gravitational pull?

@jph89 We seem to be stuck in a time paradox! Every Back to the Future article has this same comment!

Naw, it's more of a sustained time loop, than a paradox.

Is it true that unless you paid for the full adventure you will not be able to play the free first episode until February 2011?

@Billlop I don't see how that would be the 4th episode, as the 2nd one is only due out in February. The free episode is the first one but is not available to February. Probably due to the fact that the code was all over the internet and abused.

Not sure where you're getting your information, but the free episode is Episode 1, not Episode 4. The people who are getting the first one free get it in February, right around when Episode 2 comes out.

As far as I know, the only "free" episode four is the StrongBad demo.

Fantastically well put review for a fantastic start to the game. I can't wait to see where the rest of the story goes, even if the preview for episode two was a bit disheartening, that it almost feels like they may just be retracing the ideas from the movie trilogy, which maybe that's what people want. I just would have preferred they drift off the established path a tiny bit more.

Believe me, you don't want them drifting off the path. Before the game was released, they had a survey people could fill out. In it, it had several proposed game plots. One of them was that they had to go back to 1955 to deal with something or other again (related to the Sports Almanac, if I remember correctly), and a Biff from the future came back to arrest them, as a "time cop." (He literally uses "Biff Tannen, Temporaral Investigations.")

Most of the proposed plots were terrible, that being the worst one.

I took that quiz. A couple of the ideas were total ass. I'm sure they won't stray too far.

@BrodieIsGod

This is being discussed to death on the Telltale forums. There apparently isn't a good relationship between Microsoft and Telltale. There were significant problems over the Wallace and Gromit release that resulted in significant delays.

Unfortunately IMO the only way this game ends up on the 360 is if Telltale decides to release a disc based version after the entire game is finished. Perhaps they'd do it on XBLA, but again, not until after the entire series is finished.

To Anybody Who Has the Game:

How forgiving are the PC specs? Can this game be played on a PC not designed for gaming?

So that's the secret. In order to make a movie game that doesn't suck, you have to make it 20 years IN THE FUTURE.
