I wish "Band on the Run" featured pro-guitars. I'll probably get "Cities in Dust".

Eh, probably get the more well known McCartney songs, but overall merely a "meh" kind of release. Kinda surprising considering after Christmas there will be a lot of new owners of the game. I figured it would be a MAJOR kind of release.

I would assume at this point that they're comfortable just letting new users explore the back catalog, and McCartney in name alone should shift a couple extra copies of RB3 over the next couple days.

"Cities in the Dust?" Is the first Siouxie song for a rhythm game?

That makes me want dust off my plastic guitar.

And light candles and cry.

@IronClawt

Actually, (for the Rock Band Franchise anyways) it will be the 5th Siouxie song released. I think in '08 we got a 3 pack with "Hong Kong Garden", "The Killing Jar", and "Kiss Them for Me", then later this year we also got "Peek-a-Boo".

I would be excited for Siouxsie if I hadn't grown tired of Rock Band 2 years ago.

Why not until January 5th on the PS3? Is this date accurate?

I think we need some modern music for Rock Band 3 DLC...
How about Muse's Showbiz?
Alons-y!

@Indefinite Implosion

I do want something I little more modern. I havent been excited for a pack since Jimmy Eat World Which was back before RB3 came out. I'd really like some Motion City Soundtrack myself. Would get me excited to pull out the Keyboard.

What a bad time to not release Wonderful Christmas Time by Wings. One of the best modern Christmas songs ever and it's extremely keyboard heavy.

@Jack Kevorkian I agree the timing would have been great, but I'm happier with John Lennon's Happy Xmas (War is Over) from Tuesday.
