This past summer, while we were busy jamming to Beach Boys classics and getting our tan on, Bungie was secretly filing copyright claims for a handful of previously unheard phrases and associating web domains with each. "Seven Seraphs," "Osiris," "New Monarchy," and "Dead Orbit" were all copyrighted by the developer, and domain registrations have been spotted. Like the previous "Bungie Aerospace" domain registration, a third-party company was paid to handle the paperwork, lest a paper trail lead back to Bungie (ahem).
Supererogatory discovered the domain registrations and copyright filings, and noted that while the phrase's descriptions denote them as "artwork," that description can also include "all sorts of promotional and marketing, like logos." Perhaps logos for that super secret Activision project (the one that might have a persistent world)? We just don't know (yet).

I'm still going to get Bungie games for Microsoft most likely 360 over PC. for one I'm an achievement whore and I prefer Xbox controller over the PS controller for FPS's and about equal for M&K

Perhaps it's my lack of love for MMOs, but I think I'd rather them just make the next big FPS game. Hey, maybe this time they can use a female lead character again so even more people get interested in it.

Some of us are experiencing a Reach hangover based on some frustrating design decisions. Bungie has normally been very cool with the community but has been mostly silent--obvious why, but still less excited about them. This next franchise will have to be great to get excited about Bungie again.

Well my prediction is that it's still going to be a syfy game in space of some sort. The one thing I do love about Bungie is how they expand their universe way beyond just the games. Most likely it will be announced at MS's E3 press conference & will start up the rumor train with "(insert title here) Is an Xbox 360 Exclusive?" all over the interwebs & then announced for PS3 & PC the next day. Same thing happened with MGS Rising
