Fight fans looking for some portable pugilism take note: Super Street Fighter 4 3D Edition will have online multiplayer support. Word comes via G4, which spoke with Capcom's Yoshinori Ono at last week's Nintendo World event.
There will be two different types of online multiplayer in the game: worldwide online play and Channel Live. The former is pretty self-explanatory (this is the place you go to fight people from all over the world), while the latter is a place to go to watch live matches. Of course, there are also the figurine-collecting and random street fighting modes, which were previously announced.

Puglisim is boxing, SF4 is most definately not about boxing. You can't use words just because they start with the letter you want to use. SF4 is also not a good example of a portable pudding cup or portable porposes.

@Faenix
At what point in time did pointing out an incorrect term make you a grammar Nazi?
"Hey, you're a pretty good apple."
"I'm not an apple"
"Grammar Nazi!"

@Faenix I hate to be a diction nazi, but the man was being a diction nazi, not a grammar nazi.

The fact that it has online play excites me,the fact that its world wide online scares me.I guess only time will tell how laggy a match between a local player and an overseas player will be and how often those kind of matches will happen.

@SgtDookie Since the game is region locked I doubt it will be worldwide.

As long as every match i get into isnt laggy as all hell im fine,and the inclusion of being able to watch matches is nice.

Region-locking only has to do with which games can be played by which systems, it doesn't have anything to do with who you can play with online (unless the develop decides to restrict that, too).

And then they will release an Action Replay for 3DS. AR destroyed any chance that online for the original DS to be successful/enjoyable.

If there's no voice chat, then I don't care for the online play on the 3DS.
