Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood Xbox update glitch fixed [update]
32
Good news, Abstergo Agents -- you've got the day off! Your rigorous training exercises on the online multiplayer portion of the Xbox 360 version of Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood have been interrupted. That's not due to the current national holiday; rather, it's because some players seem to be having trouble downloading the game's latest title update, locking them out of any and all of Brotherhood's online offerings.
Ubisoft has acknowledged the error, and is currently working to repair the damage. We'll let you know when you can get back to your regularly scheduled murder and stuff.
Update: Whatever was causing the update hiccup has been remedied, according to Ubisoft. We just downloaded the patch with no problem, and would wager that you can now do the same.

It's not like it was possible to join an online game in the first place, so no big loss, right?

Title is a bit misleading, thought Ubisoft decided to stop providing multiplayer altogether when I read it.

Any word on whether this affects the ps3?
On a side note, I went back to Bioshock 2 multiplayer today, because i've still got some achievements there, and i'm finding it really fun for some reason...

Once all this is fixed, I hope it improves finding matches, takes for freakin-ever to get into a game

Lucky, my game (Ps3) NEVER EVER saved a profile set, Its a pain in the ass to redo five sets everytime u log into the MP. Luckily im done with the Platinum so hell, i only play with friends atm.

My friend and I weren't able to play the last few times we played anyways. We either would end up in different games, or one would make it into a game and the other dropped back to the menu.

Glad to see both Ubi quality control and the MS "certification" process dropped the ball. Nice...

Damn, I get the OXM monthly magazine. Someone wrote in saying publishers are way too reliant on game updates and are getting lazy at testing. This is an example. Two other prime examples: Saving in Dead Rising co-op kicks the other player, and then Fallout. (That's all I have to say and everyone knows what I mean)

So let me get this straight....the update fixed a few peoples issues, but, for those of us who didn't have any issues,we do now. I can no longer play in a party either. And my profiles have reset twice. The personas unlocked gear and colors are hit or miss. So.....an update for the update is coming? Or was second one supposed to fix it?
