@26b7cd8c Stupid Target didn't have ME2, better for me though since my amazon $25 GC from my rewards came in. Ordered from amazon for $31 and I get a $20 credit towards a future purchase, screw you Target.

Gonna have to be a big fat nothing for me.. could of been LBP2, but that needs friends to be of any real fun.. my friends list of 1 on PSN isn;t going to cut it

Yeah, I only have three friends. The Playstation Network is like middle school. Only the nerds with head gear and asthma will hang out with you and, while you secretly think you're cooler than them and that they're holding you back socially, it's actually the other way around.

Completely disagree. LBP, especially 2, is plenty fun as a single player.

@Mazrael I had the same problem, then I went on the forums and started a thread people with mic's to add on my list. Now I always play with people that have mic's, do the same enjoy LBP2.

One thing I wanted to do on the first game was to get all the collectables.. might be just me, but I couldn't touch more then 1 switch at a time.

Most games I would say they don't need multiplayer, as the campaign is the most important part of any game (which it is).. But not LBP, that needs people.. It's kind of like World of Warcraft, you might be able to do a fair bit upto completing the game solo, but there's a whole load of stuff that need other people in order to get through & to be able to experience the whole game

So, just because you couldn't get like %30 of the collectibles, the game is no fun? What about the great story levels or the thousands of quality user created levels?

You don't need friends in your list. Just open your game up and people will come along and join your game. Problem solved.

I'm gonna say this about Little Big Planet. I hate the game but the level designs are kinda neat.

@Kodros Have you heard the hissy fits those 12 year olds make because they don't want to play that level, they want you to play their "Sharks ov Doom HARDEST LEVLE EVAR!!!!1".. Randoms get annoying, either team killing, singing or messing around
As for collectables, I gotta have them, going through both Uncharteds, Assassins Creed, Gears & Crackdown 1, I searched everywhere to get every last collectable

I don't see any real way of making friends on either console.. barely any of my real life friends are "gamer" enough except maybe 2, and one of those takes PC over consoles anyday.. my brothers play games, it's called Fifa..

I buy loads of games, I'm no stranger to a backlog, seems now I'm waiting for gmes to come out, but I'm not going to spend £40 on a game I might only get 4 hours out of it

Why would I want to pay the same price for a digital download as opposed to a physical copy?

@khaos100 Talk to all of us PC gamers that use Steam. Convenience and accessibility. I don't have to keep track of any boxes or anything like that. I can also download it on any PC if the need arises.

Of course, I'm not really familiar with how PS3 downloading works. I had thought I heard that you can only download something once onto your system and not on another system, which would be a major bummer, especially if you spent $59.99.

Depends if you are the type of person to sell your games. If you aren't, why wouldn't you want easier access to the game?

Yeah. I buy digitally for PC on Steam but discs for PS3. Reason is that used PC games are worthless thanks to DRM schemes and piracy. I can sell PS3 games on Ebay and recoup about half of what I paid. I rather have it digitally but usually the price is higher and I won't get anything back. If they start charging half of what a disc is for digital, I am going to digital to clear up some space in my house.

I could see where PC is more convenient. Installing a game on a PC can take FOREVER. It's a little faster on PS3, though in the case of Mass Effect 2 I think it'd be faster to run to the store, bring it home, do the mandatory install before it'd have time to download.

But I could see where digital download would be more spur of the moment. For all those that were dying for Mass effect 2 on PS3 have already pre-ordered. I don't know anything about Mass Effect, so I haven't even looked at buying. But if I were to browse the PSN bored one day, I would probably do an impulse buy for the hell of it. As most of my PSN titles are impulse buys.

PSOne Imports - Mega Man!? Wha!?

Are they releasing the sweet Japanese collections over here now? Oh, please tell me yes....

And if they're half price for PS+ members...

I can only guess that this listing for Megaman is the "Rockman Complete Works" release (which didn't make it over here originally due to SCEA's policies towards 2D games), which had a "navigator mode", media gallery, etc... Other than that, it's the same as the NES original. Later Complete Works releases had remixed music (which got used in the Megaman Anniversary Collection).

So... sign me up for that, heh.

So it's the same game I've played a million times, except it's in Japanese and has a bunch of extras that are totally worthless since I don't understand them.

Yeah, I just bought that.

Just a note, picked up the collector's edition of LBP2 today and man, I wish I'd just gotten the game. the bookends are super lame 2D cheap plastic crap. The sackboy toy is cool, but not $20 cool. I am disappoint.

LBP2 and ME2 put serious hurting on my funds. I will say that the LBP2 playdate with my girlfriend made it worth the money. The community bits of the game are really slick. I am thoroughly. impressed.

The grapple gun is a game changer. The missis kept saying, "Lets play that level one more time."
