Do that many pc gamers really own gamepads? Is this kind of game fun to play with a mouse and keyboard?

@Hoops

With how cheap it is for a decent pad, pretty much anyone who frequently plays this kind of game on a PC either owns a gamepad, or has gotten used to odd controls.

@Mach2

360 and PS3 controllers also work. The only real limitation is your own computer's limitations. And if publishers decide to release their games on PC or not...

@Hoops every pc gamer should have a pc controller by now. these things are cheap to find. i mean all you need in some cases is just a xbox 360 controller and the usb cord.

@rahnyc4 i like the dualshock controller MUCH better than cheap gamepads so many years ago i bought a "super dual box pro" ($10-$15), to play games on pc. it plugs into pc usb and has 2-ports (2-player) to use any wired ps1 or ps2 controller. not wireless but still works great for using a quality controller for pc games. there is a 4-port model too but i didn't need that and i've never tried my ps2 multitap on pc.

"We promise we won't judge you for never having played Bionic Commando if you do this soon."

Be careful, you don't want to give the impression that people should play the awful new one. Poor Nathan Spencer...you didn't deserve that horrible, dreadlock'd fate.

On a side note, Rearmed is friggin' awesome. Get it now.

Lame sale, it was one of the deals of the day during the end of year sale a few weeks ago.

Sorry, but until it gets Steam Cheevos, I'll stick to the PSN copy I got for the same price a week or two back. I still don't have a USB game controller (and haven't figured how to use my DualShock 3 on thar), so it's further not too appealing on the PC.
