There are very few "pure" game companies nowadays so acquisitions are not a big deal. The only one I can think of that turned sour was Squenidos in terms of quality.

For that matter, make a new one that can top Saturn Bomberman (and Atomic Bomberman) in the 10-player department.
It should be even easier with online play, but they just haven't done it.

Don't forget the fact that Hudson made the Mario Party games. I might be one of 5 fans that still love the Mario Party series but Konami has the cash to bring the game some much needed updating.
