Simon Belmont should be in the Japanese version of Super Scribblenauts, should Konami localize it.

Let the ideas flow, people. You know you want other Konami cameos.

They're just now getting Scribblenauts? Not the better Super Scribblenauts, but the original?

@MowDownJoe

Considering the nature of the game, localization must be a much more time-intensive process than usual, so it shouldn't be too surprising they're only just getting the first one.

haha thats so fcuking awesome, look at that adorable Old Snake.

also, i don't think buying a Japanese language game in Japan is an actual benefit, unless you ment they get games earlier then us american/european counterparts

I thought Warner Bros. owns the rights... why is Konami publishing it?

It's just as weird as Capcom publishing GTA in Japan. Take Two and Rockstar own the rights to GTA.

Also, WB is a global company, why can't they publish their own game worldwide?

@tendoboy1984

Just 'cause a company can publish stuff worldwide from a legal standpoint, doesn't mean they have the proper staff to get the localization done. And for a huge game like GTA or a dictionary-in-a-game like Scribblenauts, it makes sense that they would let a company that's more geared around localization and familiar with both territories handle it.

It's possible WB didn't want to publish the game in Japan, so Konami picked it up.

If typing "Red Pyramid Thing" gives you Pyramid Head than I have to import it.

@Mr Esc is the namesarcasm is my You know what, you're absolutely right. What I said was mean and uncalled for. There is no excuse for being a jerk, but I had a horrible day and his comment hit me weird, but he wasn't trying to be rude, I just took it wrong. I honestly apologize.
