Awesome trailer, but did they really just have Uesugi Kenshin lose to a standard retainer in Takeda Shingen's army? I don't remember that part!

@leonffs Might have been Sanada Yukimura. Historically he didn't really use a spear like certain popular entertainments portray.
Or am I mistaken? None of my research on him has turned that up.

The turban and buddhist Do are dead giveaways for Uesugi Kenshin.
The seated daimyo is most definitely Takeda Shingen.
They were bitter rivals in the sengoku period. Probably the most famous rivalry of the time. Takeda Shingen probably could have defeated Oda Nobunaga and become Shogun but he died mysteriously. If this kind of stuff interests you check out the film Samurai Banners. Prominently features this famous rivalry.
