@ch3burashka

think about the people that play online, and their gamer tags.
how many people have sniper, ghost or warrior in their name?

this game has all three

Pretty Much, this must be the perfect game for them.
But my favorite thing ever for Online is when someone has Sniper in their Gamertag. Yet they run around the map with all close range weapons

EXTREMELY glitchy at launch, but pretty good now. A lot of fun to play, but I didn't like the regular FPS levels

Not gonna lie...did not see this coming. Message boards were filled with hate for this game.

Guess I'll pick up a copy for my pc and one for my PS3 just for good measure.

@you two

I was planning to get the game for my PC anyway regardless. I heard about the problems, but it wasn't so bad that I'd completely write it off.

Besides, the game isn't unplayable and I'd like to have it on my PS3 as well.

I'm not expecting it to blow me away, but I know for a fact it'll meet my expectations (which aren't terribly high mind you) and I'll get my money's worth. What's the problem?

@PrimeSynergy Yeah, I heard bad things, and stayed away, their PC demo expired (As in, if you launch the demo, it won't work now) which pretty much terrified me out of interest.

I'm still kinda iffy on this, might wait for a Steam sale.

The concept looks great, the gameplay sounds fun, but I've seen other devs try and fail.

nothing is the problem, was just wondering why you are going to buy it for not one by two different platforms, especially after reading all the hate on message boards about the game.

Considering it is very easy to beat the game with a laptops touch pad, don't expect much mind blowing.

Enslaved < 500.000
Sniper > 1.000.000
Me = Disapointed

no hate for Ninja Theory, but they had it coming. They launched right around Black Ops with a non-multiplayer game. I know I made the decision not to get it because it was $60 and so was Black Ops, but I could play that with my friends. Unfortunately, Enslaved was very arguably the better game. But they just picked a deplorable launch window. =(

The release of the game had nothing to do with Ninja Theory. That is the domain of the publisher, Namco Bandai. Enslaved went gold exactly one month before it's North American launch, it could have launched earlier if Namco Bandai wasn't a joke.

Namco is about to mess up a launch of something else that looks like a good game. kinght's Contract comes out the same day as Bulletstorm and KZ3.

I too am surprised to hear this news and am intrigued. This is now onto my "buy in event of steam sale" list.

How can this happen? I personally really despised quite alot about this game. It felt like one of those Brazilian movie ripoffs of A-list Hollywood movies (see: The Little Panda Fighter and Transmorphers).

I can guarantee you that if it didn't have "Sniper" in the title, then it would not have sold as well. They named the game perfectly. It caught the attention of all the CoD kids who are UB3R-l33t quick-scope killaz who thought they were so xhardxcorex that they would totally PWN at a game that's all about sniping.

Ha! It always gets me how lame the name of the developer's studio is. "City Interactive"?

On topic: It is a fairly mediocre title. Come sequel time, I wonder if CryEngine 3 will really be to that game's advantage or if it'll just be a pretty piece of shit.
