@wcarnation

Apparently it is in development but there has been a setback due to Jason Anderson leaving InXile last month. The guy can't keep a job in the games industry apparently. He quit Black Isle during the development of Fallout 2 (there is some graffiti in the game that calls him a wuss). He helped found Troika and quit that. He was involved in the Fallout MMO project as a lead and quit. Now he quit InXile. I wouldn't hire the guy.. he hasn't made a game since the 90s.

Cool. I wonder why he felt like he was in exile though? Maybe it was the brute force takeover of Interplay by Titus (aka Superman 64 devs)?

Take note Interplay sympathizers... Anybody who sides with Interplay regarding the Fallout IP case still ongoing in courts needs to realize that you are sympathizing for the shady bad guy. Titus took over Interplay around 2000 and proceeded to run it deep into the ground. Their own company went out of business but because of some legal loopholes they still had Interplay to hide behind creditors. All employees were fired and even the office was closed.

They might have a physical office now, but for the past 7 years have only made money by selling off Interplay IPs. Look it up on wikipedia and don't ever defend them just because Interplay published Fallout prior to their takeover. This is not that Interplay. Again, Superman 64, need I say any more?

Interesting fact, Brian Fargo is indeed part of the Fargo family as in Wells Fargo

Yes, Brian did come from the Wells Fargo family...and yes, he spent over $100m of his family inheritance because Interplay was not making a dime and he was paying from his personal trust. Anything with Brian's name on it, run away far as possible.
