More and more OnLive begins to sway me.

But I'm just so comfortable with my console lifestyle...

I am not clear about what this means. Will the original Deus Ex be available, or just Deus Ex: Human Revolution? The availability of the original might be enough incentive for me to subscribe. Being a Mac user, my selection of games is, um... limited. Let's just say "limited."

@LoveYouSomeEric
"In the next few weeks" the original Deus Ex is being added to the PlayPack. For $9.99 a month you get unlimited access to the PlayPack games, currently there are 41.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution is being added to the regular line-up which lets you pay full price for unlimited access or somewhere around $5 - 9 for a 3 or 5 day rental.

It would sure be nice to not have to spend $200+ on a new graphics card to run it at a high resolution.

I second your motion.

Anyone else hoping Valve will buy up OnLive and integrate it into Steam? The original Steam service was quite similar.

@thelolotov

I hope Valve will put OnLive out of business. Steaming video of a game? No thanks. Ubisoft's DRM is bad enough.

@Excessive Well yeah, I'm not hoping for OnLive to become the one and only way to play PC games, I love having my games on Steam, but it would just be awesome if you could play all of your titles on a micro-console when you don't have a computer handy.

@adrian783

They are trying to stockpile their "playback" plan with a lot of classics.

Wicked! More non-new titles for OnLive - this service is the bomb!

But at least any sucker who bought into the OnLive hype (and it is just hype) can play Thief if they haven't yet - one of the greatest stealth games ever!
