Hm... watch Joystiq's ad, or play Team Fortress 2? Choice is easy

I've seen other previews for this game and it looks really fun and clever! But the trailer didn't show any of the dimension shifting. :-/ What a bad way to showcase your game's best mechanic.

There are so many promising XBLA games coming up. I've lost track.

Underwhelmed. Also wasn't this game released in 2007? Or is it just super old?

@VeeDeeVee - It's been in development for many years now, but it has never come out.

@VeeDeeVee

For once, I agree with you. Phil sure isn't an efficient man, to say the least. Half a decade on this one game.

The game has a sense of style that few possess. I am getting it for soundtrack alone.

@Jack Kevorkian I'm actually very disappointed that they changed the soundtrack. 6955's music had such atmosphere!

Funny, when I saw pictures of Super Meat Boy back in the day, I thought they looked like Fez.

I know its indie, but is it just me or does anyone else want something more than just another 2D retro looking joint? The game might be stellar, but when does indie gaming becoming the thing they rally against: the same old same old?

@sammo21

To be fair, at the time the project started, the "Hey, let's do pixel/retro art because it's the hip thing these days" trend wasn't really as saturated as it is now.

@thisredengine I wouldn't call it saturated like say, Zombies are. I think there is room for plenty more it's still a new trend and not extremely well adopted anyway. Scott Pilgrim and Indie games weren't the biggest hits of the universe or anything.

Wow, totally forgot about this game. Can't wait for the hands-on impression cause if it plays as good as it looks I'm sold.

I love these XBLA and PSN downloadable games so much more than retail anymore. Developers are able to take chances on them. I definitely spend more money on arcade games then retail!

@Swift You mean an overhyped game that isn't as good as at least 10 other games released the same year? I hope this is not that game.
