Might and Magic: Clash of Heroes on PSN, XBLA mid-April
12
Capy's Nathan Vella tells us that the PSN and XBLA version of Might and Magic: Clash of Heroes will finally be available next month.
The title has already had a couple of console release windows over the past year, but is now finalized for "mid-April."
Vella says that the game shouldn't be considered a strict port of the DS version released in 2009. Beyond the art assets being redone, he also says that the dev rebalanced the game, taking the units that "sucked" and redesigned them to be functional.

Was only thinking of this game the other day, kept me amused on many, many train trips. Nice to see it getting a release date... Sorta.
Might pick this up again, depends how large my game pile is.
Sometimes it seems like my games are trying to make the future better, then they just snap and realise that it was gayer than what they were doing before, so "Back to the pile!"

I hope it will see a real sequel anytime soon. The DS version is one of the few games that I managed to play through in more or less a straight run. So addicting.

About damn time. I put off buying the DS version when I heard there was gonna be an XBLA version coming out last summer. Guess now is better than never though.

OMFGZ, finally! I've been jomesing for more Capy awesomeness for quite some time. I can't wait to see the hand-drawn art in 1080p and hear the HD audio. They did such an awesome job with Critter Crunch, I really can't wait to play this.
If I could pre-order the PSN version, like I did with Scott Pilgrim vs The World, I would.

This is an extremely fun action puzzle game. The better graphics are just a plus. I definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys playing action puzzle games like Astro Pop and Puzzle Quest.

Normally I'd be getting this for XBLA but.... I have no more hard drive room on my 60 HDD thanks to all the great releases. PSN it is then, and it can Join Fat Princess, Hoard, and Stacking.

Between 'PacMan DX' and this, my poor PS3 is likely going through an identity crisis, but I'm so stoked on playing this on the big screen! And even as hot-seat multiplayer!
