Uncle Jesse's hair brushing technique also increases his brain power. You should know this fact. EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW THIS FACT!

Why does it seem like, when it comes to games, that Europe never gets it easy? :\

*But it's so tempting... can I actually wait a whole year?*

Hmm...

Does Nintendo really want ALL of us buying a 3DS at launch? I'm sure they know themselves that they'll release the inevitable new model. Don't they want leftover consumers so they can keep profit steady throughout the next couple of years?

Just thinking in public here, guys.

Dear Joystiq,

Please hook me up with a 3DS. I am a student, paying my own way through college, and too poor to afford one.

Love,
Pen Pen

This is not really on topic, but check out this awesome review of the 3DS. It's creating rage as we speak.

@Uncle Jesse

Cartridges are something we haven't seen since the GameBoy days. Huh.

Stylus's are something we haven't seen since the early 2000s? Double--Huh.

At least it's not Fox News, Jesse. With them, they would've reviewed a whole different product. And not to mention how the 3DS is absolutely biased against Conservatives. And Bill O'Reilly wouldn't approve of it anyway. You know how he likes to do his reviews live.

"Gamers who grew up on Halo, like me."

Explains it all right there. The guy's too young to remember anything else. Seriously, you GREW up playing Halo, and you got a job on CNN? How does that even work? Are you even legally an adult yet?

Nice to know... Regret pre-ordering now though...

Not because i don't want it anymore or anything like that... Its just that i pre-ordered 2 months ago to find out its coming tomorrow. My brother recieved his for a birthday present today from my mom who just waltzed into the exact same store and bought it for the exact same price....

Now he sits upstairs using the god-forsaken Music app to play music instead of playing Street Fighter. He's doing it all wrong.

I realize nintendo sees no money from these recycled/passed on systems and games. But....

I haven't bought a ds game in awhile, but if I sold my ds to somebody to fund my 3ds, they might see more software sales out of the new owner but lost a new ds system sale. I think that is why they make money on the systems. Can't pirate a system(hopefully not), and it makes up for recycled systems and software. They have to keep the ds "new" and competitive in the market, otherwise it will be left behind in peoples mind.

I'm not saying nintendo prices systems so that people sell their old ones. Not at all, they want to sell "new" systems. Not have people recycle. But it happens and they must make more money on systems to make up for this. It's like they charge us CRV on systems, and we get it back if we sell our system to somebody, if not...we don't ever see that money.

Just bought my UK one today. £175 in my local Tesco's. Now what to do with the Japanese one... probably just mail it back to my apartment in Tokyo for some friends staying there.
