Crysis 2 runs better on my machine than Crysis. It's a shame that all of the wonder is gone from the series. I kept waiting for the moment when the world would really open up so that I could choose how to go about things, but it never did. There were a couple of different "tactical options" spelled out here and there, but they never really got to the level of Crysis. I guess in that regard it isn't as hook-in-mouth linear as something like Black Ops, but it never really made me feel like I was making decisions that changed things.

At this point I'm just whinging, but I also missed the luscious greens and blues of the first game. It may have been pushing as many pixels, real time lights, and all of the other bells and whistles, but it just didn't look as good IMO. There is something to be said for jumping in the sea, and finding schools of fish, sharks, crabs, turtles, and everything in between as well. I felt like I was always fighting the same three or four things (with a Pinger thrown in now and again to annoy the player), and there wasn't any wildlife (not even a bird FFS) to add some variety.

@BananaBoat Yea, I know what you mean. . . For Fs Sake! They didn't even put in Rats and Roaches! We all know Rats in NY are as big as footballs and Roaches! Don't even get me started on the Roaches! Ever seen a White Roach?
