Silent Hill will never be the same until the original "team silent" work on a game or film. The first Silent Hill movie was disgusting, Everyone who was at least aware of what the first 4 SH games were about. Were completely confused. I know I was.
Its sad that Konami simply cant let go of the story and has to release another every 2 years, Yet they fail to see what SH is truly about. If you want to know then search up "The Real Silent Hill Experience" on youtube and you will see.
Worst yet, These film producers think they are actually capturing its true .. or hell, even a reduced image of what it is.
All I see in this trialer is dissapointment once again. Is this from America ? If it isnt from Japan then it will certainly fail.
Ill never be able to be satisfied to a true Silent Hill game other than the past games.
To break it into into simple forms. Silent Hill now is just like the Sonic series. The first 3 sega games were amazing and then everything went to hell afterwards.

I don't know if I want to search for the true silent hill experience, i've not played the games, and from that video, i just saw a bunch of gimps... one even with a horse mouth piece and i assume a bottom plug on the front of his carrage... not, i shall leave that true experience alone...

So what differentiates the DA fan film from any other generic swords and magic fantasy film? If you showed me that trailer and took out the "Dragon Age" title and told me it was based on a game, the only thing pointing me to DA would be the completely blood-soaked protagonist.
Not saying that it wasn't impressive for a fan project. Just that it was a bit uninspiring. Show me some glowing warden eyes, darkspawn, or something that is unique to the DA world.

The Silent Hill fan film was pretty damn good honestly. The Dragon Age one was alright, just didn't have much too it. Nothing to really make it stand out or make it pop,

Took me a few replays of the DA one to convince myself they hadn't slipped in a segment of youtube footage of a guy falling off a chair at 0:25.
