Man, that old show on MTV, Remote Control, used to terrify me as a wee lad. I though it was real. =/

@beanninja

There was a brief period, right after MTV went to complete shit, that MTV2 played music videos 24 hours a day. Those were good times.

Well, until they turned M2 into shit, too.

There's a part me that always goes "Awww" when I see a cat. I can't help it.

And of course Dustin would have a Gears of War 3 wallpaper, lol.

Cool guys (and REALLY cute gal), cool studio and probably cool game. They got my attention and my support. But where's the PSN love?

@EeK85

Silva hit it big winning Microsoft's Dream Build Play competition, which allowed him to have Dishwasher release as an XBLA game. Their games are built with XNA, they are only two/three people strong, and their sizable fanbase has formed from their great support of XBLIG and XBLA. As cool as it would be to see their games on PSN, it doesn't seem very practical at this point in the studio's history imho.

@cuteSAVAGE

That makes sense. Thanks for the explanation. :)

Here's hoping that someday they have enough money/teamwork to port all of their games to PSN.

I loved the first game, and enjoyed what I played of the second. Wish them the best, and nice to see what Dustin is up to.

Played it at PAX East and definitely going to pick it up to support these guys. Really had fun with it there. Never went back to check my raffle thing though :/

Alienware laptops? That must have been half of the budget right there. I never got around to picking up the first Dishwasher game, but I may be able to make time for Dishwasher 2 (pending good reception).

and what about the cat!?

I wish more studios (Indie or regular) would give tours like this! It gives that human touch to the game. :D BTW if SKA is reading this, I loved The Dishwasher: Dead Samurai and can't wait for the second one to come out next week! =) I hope to get a small dev team myself sometime with a couple friends. :)

Really glad they made a video tour of their humble little studio. Really makes me feel for the lone indie developers out there competing against the million dollar companies. Here's to your success SKA!
