We were worried that you couldn't get through another day without the reassurance that, somewhere in Maryland, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is being made -- even before the SkyNET Kinect sequel! And yes, it still looks incredibly impressive. And maybe inspires us to want to fight dragons. Maybe.

These screens take me back to the Oblivion days when the environments were so good I'd just stop and take a wondrous look around every once in a while. I remember climbing to the top of the highest mountain in that game. There was a metal spike in the ground and that was the only thing that denoted I had reached the top of the map. So I sat there for a night, just me and that rod watching the sun come up. That's what she said.

"We've taken a step back in development, and examined the whole picture, and have decided to delay Skyrim a few months in order to reimpliment the fan favourite Gamebryo engine. We're really excited by the opportunities we have with Gamebryo back in its rightful place, and I can personally assure you that the animations look absolutely wretched, the way TES fans know and love."

Hmmm...read this as "still unconcerned about giant flying breasts". A bit confusing.

I'm not surprised how awesome the game looks. Oblivion was by far the best looking game when it came out in 2006. I've no doubt that Skyrim will set a new standard when it comes out late this year. Can't wait =]

I always played as the honest character until I decided to make a thief/assassin. The first time I was in the middle of robbing someone's house they came home and I had to hide to not get caught. It was intense, like I really was robbing the place. I haven't played an honest character since lol. It satisfies my inner clepto personality.

Please guys, I'm begging you, no more Skyrim pics. My doctor said he's not giving me anymore Novocain shots to quell my rager, and the nurses are not very impressed either.
