If you couldn't make it out to Vegas for the DICE Summit earlier this year (and our in-depth coverage wasn't in enough depth for you), worry not -- Xbox Live has your back. By going to the GamerTV channel in the Video Marketplace, you can watch parts of the Academy of Interactive Achievement awards show, as well as highlighted sessions from the summit for free. Interactive entertainment-related sessions from Richard "Lord British" Garriott, the director of Kung Fu Panda, and oceanographer Dr. Dave Gallo are all available for viewing.
Not included: the expensive Las Vegas hotel room and overpriced buffet you would have if you were there live. But you can watch the awards show itself, and see some of your favorite games win those AIAS awards all over again.

SeƱor Schramm - any advice on good bits to check out? I was hoping this might have the interview with Swery65 I heard being talked about on the bombcast, but I'm thinking that was GDC...

@MarkezJM I think that was GDC, not DICE. At any rate, the Garriott talk is probably the best. All of these talks are more theoretical than about specific games, but Garriott's an interesting dude and is very excited about space in general.

Sundays are pretty boring here on the 'stiq. You should hire some guest editors to make some articles.

Not implying that this article is boring, just that there are few articles on sundays/weekends.

Thanks for the heads up. An HD stream of AIAS while I lounge in bed to its utmost potential.
