April Fools: Monday Night Combat goes all Smash TV
24
Those who have been gaming long enough have probably noticed the similarities between Monday Night Combat and Smash TV (and its often forgotten sequel, Smash TV: Public Access). It appears the influences weren't lost on Uber Entertainment either, as the company has just released some April Fools Day media for Smash MNC, a carnage-fueled, game show-themed parody of Smash TV. Uber even added a bald head to the Jackbot boss. And don't worry about what platforms you own, as Uber promises compatibility "across all platforms past and future."

Why isn't there a new smash TV? Or just remake the old one.

@Mortegro It's called Total Carnage. Between the two of those games there's nothing left to improve on. :)

I don't see Android in there. Therefore, the corporate fascists who run this company are suppressing open-source freedom.

I bought Smash TV on XBLA in 2006, deleted it in 2008. Tried to redownload last year but found it was pulled from the store.
Spent 7 months and over 22 emails to Microsoft back and forth for a refund, no luck....so much for digital downloads being a better choice.
Invest in physical folks!!!!

@Trilancer
I had no problem using a redeem code for Joust back when all the Midway XBLA games were pulled.
Also had no problems redownloading the Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 DLC after it got removed the second time.
Sounds like you need a new 360, HDD, ISP or even perhaps all three.

I know it's a joke -- but man do I wish it were a real game. Oh well, I guess I'll play the SNES/Genesis/NES/Arcade versions via emulators.
