I thought about getting this for the wife, but i read horrible reviews on it. Some said it was an unfinished game.

@Revving Injuns

As have I. Apparently those in the UK either don't care or don't read the reviews.

@Misfit Toy Yes I was going to get it for the wifey but the reviews for the Kinect version complain of poor body reading and it sometimes jumping several skill levels.

@Revving Injuns for the Kinect the Ubisoft excercise game is much better. Your Shape I think its called. Plus, they regularly release free ad supported dlc. The ads arent bad there is usually a gatorade poster in the background or something.

Best workout game made over all systems (that Ive tried including demos) thus far imho.

It's a good thing Zumba Woman there is working out. She might pork up to 120 if she's not careful.

Is it just me or could that woman on the cover art pass as a transsexual? Something about the face...

@bargaingamer And this is absolutely the best thing for the industry. Not only does it bring new gamers into the fold and more money into the coffers, it puts one more bullet in the video-games-are-for-kids stereotype and expands our definition of what video games are and can be. Besides, with video games being mentioned every single time the obesity epidemic gets brought up in the media, it`s very useful to have games like this to point to.

Maybe first person shooters should start replacing the loaded military men on the covers with loaded sweaty women. Seems to work for dance and fitness games.

I like the look of this! the wave of fitness games coming out really is going to change the scope of video games (in my opinion).

For example the UMove controller (for me) was a massive introduction, being able to turn ANY Wii game into a fitness workout was a real innovation for me! (http://www.blazeeurope.com/mel-b-fitness-first/u-move-motion-controller-with-built-in-pedometer/prod_126.html if you haven't seen it)

Zumba looks pretty slick though!
