Angry Birds crashes into Windows Phone 7 on May 25

Microsoft revealed at MIX 2011 that the Angry Birds phenomenon will be catapulted into Windows Phone 7 on May 25, and that it will support multitasking. There's no word yet if the various spin-offs are also incoming. [Thanks to Engadget for the video.]

Oh man, enough already. Hey, it's a fun little diversion, but they're making it sound like such an revelation that it made it to another device. If this were something that really taxed a higher end system, and somehow, translated perfectly to a phone, that would be more of an accomplishment. Jezus - what next....
