At least Sony lets their first party devs be creative. Heaven forbid I should see a huge first party release on the 360 that isn't a shooter, or one from Nintendo that isn't Mario or Zelda..

I own a PS3 and the only games I've somewhat enjoyed are LittleBigPlanet and ModNation Racers. Uncharted 2 was massively overrated. Killzone 2 and MAG sucked.

oh snap! I understand Nintendo, they have their fans that love the oldies and that's great, I'm not the least bit interested but whatever, it's another option for gamers.

But really, what's the deal with MS? They're awfully quiet with cool 1st party releases anymore.

Honestly, I primarily play games on my PS3 but still find the "PS3 has no games" joke kinda funny. Here are some of my favorites:

looking back those jokes are funny as hell now, especially those comics LOL... i remembered a time where EVERYONE hated Sony and the PS3.

the best part is that its because of those jokes that Sony put its as$ in gear and made all those awesome 1st party games. PS3 adopters had the last laugh.

Exactly. When PS3 actually had no games, I didn't think the shit was funny at all.

Me: So, I hear the new PS3's aren't going to have backwards compatibility.
Friend: That sucks. So, what are you going to play on it?

I can laugh at that now. :)

Rolling out with "PS3 HAS NO GAEMZ" joke is like walking around in hammer pants. Whether everyone hates you because it's tacky or dated doesn't really matter. What matters is that everyone hates you.

i'm really starting to enjoy my ps3. it's easy to hate on it when you don't have one (due to ignorance and nothing else), but when you get one there isn't much bad to say about it. i still hate the main interface when you're not playing games, and the playstation store seems like a massive mess to me, but maybe it's just because i'm still getting used to it.

still, with all that being said, i think that a lot of the devout ps3 fans are completely pretentious ass faces.

@eat it They're always quiet in the months before E3. They've been the same every single year, it's not really a surprise :). They save their big announcements for the E3 press conference.

Ever.Single.Year.

So, on topic, cool that PS3 finally reached the milestone Wii reached what, 2 years ago? :p.

Cue price drops for 360 and Wii in 3...2....1...and PS3 price drops by the end of summer, maybe fall at the latest :P

great job sony.

All I ask is that Sony take away the Move caution screen before every game. I don't have a move and I have to sit through those two screens every time I load a game that has a little bit of move compatibility. Seems like a hard sell

All that says to me is that there's 84.64 million people who either were like me, expecting something awesome from Nintendo and bored after a year, a child, or a soccer mom wanting to play Wii Fit.

I hate saying things like this, but it's true. Up until the Wii, I was the biggest Nintendo lover you ever did see. Then they decided to drink crazy punch and walk off a cliff.

I love my Move. I'll admit it felt a little "wii-ish" at first but you just can't deny the intuitive accuracy of this thing. I'll hopefully be getting a sharpshooter soon.

Anyone with a sharpshooter want to chime in on how much they use it?

It admittedly took some getting used to, but I thought it was a fun "add-on" to KILLZONE3. I haven't tried it with other games out of sh* & giggles yet, maybe if time allows this weekend.

I'd really like to get good enough to use it in online play, but I just don't "trust" my aptitude with it yet. LOL

First time I played with it online I got 3 kills and 28 deaths. lol

I've since improved my kdr to about .9, which is higher than it would be if I was playing with the controller.

@InDurdenWeTrust I use the Sharpshooter for Mag, and it takes a bit to get used to, especially with needing to calibrate and adjust the crap out of the various sensitivities in the game. But once I did get it working for me I was owning people left and right. You can simply just aim so much faster than people with the normal controller. It's almost not fair. :D

i haven't played KZ3 without it. it does take some getting used to but after you get comfortable with it, it's excellent. i do hate that it has to be recalibrated every time the controllers time out and turn off and it can get kind of strenuous in long play sessions but overall, i would recommend.

So we can assume somewhere between 2 and 8 million customers have the Move? Wouldn't it be more accurate to count the number of eye cameras sold?
