Amazon offering Atlus catalog sale today

Radiant Historia for $28? Demon's Souls for $15 and 3D Dot Game Heroes for a measly $13.50? It's either straight up madness, or it's an Atlus-themed deal of the day special on Amazon, available for today only (spoiler: it's the latter).

Perhaps PS2 classic Odin Sphere is more your speed? That's also available for $16. And we'd be remiss if we didn't mention our favorite Atlus game with "Badass Rumble" in the title -- Kenka Bancho: Badass Rumble -- is marked down to $28. Just think, if you have 28 or more rumbles in Kenka Bancho, that's only $1 per badass rumble!

This is a great opportunity for anyone that wanted to get into Demons Souls before Dark Souls comes out.

I thoroughly enjoyed 3DDGH as well, though a throwback to older adventure games like Zelda may not be for everyone.

@Urethra Alfredo - The gameplay mechanics are straight out of the SNES era. Anyone that was too young to remember those games would probably think the game was boring.

I recommend... Well, pretty much everything.

But the best "deals" in terms of savings are probably P4, Odin Sphere, Knights in the Nightmare, 3D Dot Game Heroes, Demon's Souls, and Trauma Team.

I know this phenomenon only too well.

My nephew thinks Black Ops is The Greatest Game Ever Made™.

He thought Uncharted 3 was terrible because it wasn't in first-person.

He thought Portal was a bad joke because it didn't have team-based online multiplayer.

I busted out my Super Nintendo to regale him with the killer apps of my era.

I decided to show him A Link to the Past. You know, because it's a-f*cking-mazing.

After gushing for ten minutes about how great it was, I turned the game on.

He just looked at the screen.
And then looked at me.
And looked back at the screen.

He then gave me a sympathy hug. A goddamned sympathy hug. The kind of hug you give dim-witted, well-meaning children after they tell you how they want to tickle the moon with a spoon.

It was...a sad day.

@Urethra Alfredo - I once heard a kid say "Back in the day" in relation to Halo 3, while I was playing Black Ops. "Back in the day" is a couple of years ago to some of these kids.

I feel old.

i just bought P3P and P4! i've never played any Persona games before but have heard nothing but good things about the series. i'm very excited!

@OmegaSpartan08 Hope you didn't have any other games you wanted to play this year. Not that they aren't great, but P3 took me 80-90 hours to finish. although I was going overboard with the Persona mixing.

Damn have most of theses games already. But do need knights in the nightmare. Too bad digital devil saga 2 isn't on sale
