LoL She should be in the next depiction of Smurfette for this game.

@Brian333 Oh she's there. I couldn't find a usable picture with Smurfette so she's just a watermark behind the guys. She'll be more prominent next time.

I still can't find her. I was never very good at those dumb Waldo books either.

As big as that wedding was in England, I half-expected a picture there to be here. DSG would be my princess.

I'll be glad when the Webbys are over and I don't have to hear every damn site I go to beg for a vote. Why is it such a big deal?

@Gaddes

so what you're trying to say is that you want this podcast to die.

@rTwelve This site is hardly going to die just because they didn't win some silly fake web award.

In regards to the whole PSN credit card issue, I called my credit card company attempting to change my card number or get a new card or whatever I needed to do. And I was told that I'm covered for fraud or any purchases that I haven't made.

Basically they told me to wait it out, if nothing happens then problem solved. If something was to happen then they can just fix it and then problem solved...

@liquidsoap89

And in regards to the whole next gen console deal. There was definitely a lot of negative talk about Sony this week (which I guess is justified), but one thing that they seem to be moving towards in the next few years is being more of an open platform.

Talking about Apple TV and thinking how awesome it could be as a console with different apps and stuff (Chris' thinking, not mine) had me thinking about how that sounds a lot like the NGP. As far as I know this seems to be the first time Sony ISN'T making their own hardware parts and stuff for the product. And it also seems like the NGP will be running on Android software (or some form of it). Sony was talking about Playstation Suite running on the NGP and Android products, they were talking about lots of the features on the NGP and the one thing that I gathered was that it seems very open. As opposed to how a company like Apple or Microsoft usually handle products like this.

I don't really know where I was going with this... Maybe I was just shining some light on "future Sony" or something, or maybe I just really want an NGP/PS4...

There were a few too many references to this being the last podcast at Joystiq...anyone think they're hinting at jumping ship to join Topolsky, Patel, Miller?

Funny story, every time I hear the ALRIGHT at the end of "bone zone" I think its Justin every time getting exciting over the audio sample.

Also, I'm on Chris' side of the Portal 2 debate although truth be told if I were using the Joystiq star system to rate the game, I'd have to go 5.5. No that's not a typo. I believe this game is so good it breaks any and all rating systems.

Please make the Bob Ball stop! His sense of humor and comedic timing are terrible. His bit at the end of the show makes me cringe every time before I can turn it off.

DA2 wasn't a very good game, it may have been good but it was utterly dull and uninspired and rushed. If you thought it was anything but I might have to say you haven't played many video games in your short life.

@leemahi I have to agree. Porthole to the future? Really? They admitted they came up with this segment right before the show started. That shows me that the only time they think of the podcast is right before they do it. Think about the things you are passionate in life. Is the only time you think of these things right before you do them?
How about a new segment called Phoning it In? It will include all the parts not produced by Bob Ball(who still clearly cares).
