Tribes: Ascend gameplay shots ascend on Facebook

Hi-Rez Studios has posted the first two gameplay screens from Tribes Ascend on the game's Facebook page, and we're required by federal regulations to tell you that they are ... looking pretty good! Blue skies! Wide open landscapes! Some gun that looks like an updated version of the classic Spinfusor!

It's enough to get your blood pumping if you're an old-school Tribes fan. You can see both shots (the second one has a jetpack!) in the gallery below.
