@Fugaku

If you saw in another video/screenshot it is indeed him. They hold it as a weapon and use the rainbow farts for massive damage.

Technically speaking didn't we already purchase the rights to the soundtrack when we purchased the games? Single limited use rights but obviously enough to listen to the tracks. So a question if that is the case - If we were to download the tracks with care taken not to distribute them, just to acquire, would it not be legal? I mean I personally still buy soundtracks if they're good enough and I like the source enough. Last one I bought was the Tron Legacy soundtrack. That movie really should have walked away with the best soundtrack Oscar.

@Anticrawl You have the right to listen to the actual sound track of the game as it is presented to you, and record it as such. You do not, however, have the legal right to download the individual pieces that comprise the games musical score, voice overs, and sound effects.

It's grey-area, EULA-bending, to reverse engineer the software and extract it yourself, less it's like many PC versions that have the audio files laid out for all to access.

Also, who would you be downloading from exactly? Unless it's from the owner of the rights to the music, or someone licensed to distribute the music, wouldn't that sort of defeat the purpose of 'care taken not to distribute them'? Not on your part, mind, but on the part of the redistributing party?
