Also, Funimation has a pretty good track record, setting aside Negima and other occasional flukes. I'm sorry, Greg Ayres, but your Negi Springfield was terrible.

Since the vast majority of these games were localized Japanese games, he's pointing out the poor quality of dubs in localized products in general, namely, anime. The problem here is that these are quite literally the worst possible examples, so they really don't serve as a good indicator of English dubbing in general.
It's not a sound argument, to say the least. He also misspelled dubbed.

To answer your question more than a week later, the first thing that came to my mind was B Gata H Kei. The entire series is essentially one girls' epic quest to get laid. You don't get much more perverted than that.
On the other hand, it's literally a show about perversion, so it might not even count. The other shows that immediately spring to mind are Ikkitousen and Tenjo Tenge. Maybe Gantz. Everything else is either strait up hentai or harem comedy. If we're counting harem comedy, I could list dozens.
