Dirt McGurk, I would stay away from it entirely. Did not enjoy New Vegas. It's borderline just a lousier Fallout 3 with a lamer story.

The way they structure how missions/loyalties play out with the different groups/factions in the game is real dumb, amongst other things.

you could always try whoring yourself out. I mean, you should only need one or 2 customers and you should be good to go and pick up The Witcher 2.

I got it on launch day and so far I think its worth the possibility of some STDs.

Right Bethesda, revert to an earlier save. You do realize that EDE is probably the first companion you meet in the game?

@(Unverified) Not before ED-E joins your party, before ED-E has left your party to conclude ED-E my love. In that quest you have to send ED-E to either the Brotherhood or Followers and wait a few days while they fix him. It takes a really long time to get all the specific triggers to make ED-E available for the repairs.

I just am thankful that Skyrim isn't being developed by Obsidian at this point. Bethesda itself seems to be marginally better about bugs, at least.

Disastrous. What a pity that the sequel to one of all-time favorite games is one of the all-time most frustrating. Need I say again the freezing issue that happened every time loading up the main menu that I and others had last year. Unacceptable.

@Shadowbender

I am playing Fallout 3 GOTY edition and I still find bugs in different areas. And that is 3 years after the game released.

Current Title Update on PS3 is 1.61 that means they released 61 Patches and Fixes for this Game. ###########61############ that is unreal.

I mean thank you for support and all but, 61, 61. And there are still bugs.

Anyway, game is awesome, I am glad I waited 3 years to start playing it. I am waiting for New Vegas GOTY and will probably pick it up around 2013-14 just to give them plenty of time to iron out all those bugs, correction some of the most annoying bugs, uhm just most critical bugs.

Dude, I can't even play Fallout 3 on a computer I got last summer. I get as far as beginning character creation and the game crashes every time, even on the lowest settings. And what does Bethesda say? "Fallout 3 is not supported by Windows 7." They'll really have to shape up if they want me as a customer again.

@b2trumpet

good point, but from what i've heard and read all over the internet, new vegas is just a bug riddled mess of a game anyhow, which is why i'm glad i skipped it even though i love the fallout franchise.

it's not uncommon for any fallout game to be full of bugs. i remember the first and second had a crapload, but in my older age i'm getting impatient with lazy developers and don't feel it necessary to give them my money for what is essentially a sloppily produced, incomplete final product.
