I'm playing...L.A. Noire, duh.

I liked how Drew Carey was the suspect in the first traffic case. I felt bad arresting him, though.

@Hunter141072 I agree. The people who made the movie had to go through a lot of trouble from the cartoon companies just to get all the Disney and Warner Bros characters to be in one movie. They actually had to regulate how much screen time each character had. It would be nice just to see just Roger Rabbit though, not to mention Jessica. Mmmm...

Not to mention Toon Town! They'd probably have to go with 3D-modeled toons instead of the 2D from the movie, but even that would be okay. I almost wouldn't mind someone coming up with their own characters that pay homage to the actual characters and then doing a game that way.

That could be a possibility, just using jessica, eddy the cab, rogger, all the characters that were created for the movie could be used. But even with that the blessing of steven would be needed, and that could be hard to get.

well according to crazy man jones who penned up the whole thing, it happens at 6pm PER time zone - IE, when it hits East Coast US, those in Cali got 3 hours to prep. Or if they fly in a plane west they can just circle the planet and escape the wave of magical insanity I suppose.

Dicking around with New Vegas again because it's so rad having a pearl-handled .357 and a pinstriped suit. Also just bought Nier because I've heard decent things and it was about ten bucks at Fred Meyer.

Waiting for L.A. Noire to arrive in the mail, since a $20 credit from amazon is a pretty tasty deal.

Also, this whole Roger Rabbit bit made me nostalgia so hard my desk exploded. Thanks, guys. Thanks a heap.

I've got a good intro for you though!

"Look! Up in the sky!"
"Is it a bird?"
"Is it a plane?"
"No! It's...oh he already came and went. Never mind"

Switching between L.A. Noire and New Vegas.

I have yet to see any of the numerous glitches that purportedly plague this game, but at seventeen hours in, I suppose I have plenty of time to discover them.

So what should I be looking out for? Quest-associated bugs? I suppose if they were just generic glitches I guess I would have seen some by now.

@Korbie There's a lot of companion related bugs. Veronica glitched a lot on me and liked freezing in certain places, and companions tend to disappear at weird points. Some quests will be unsolvable and wind up screwing you over depending on how you do certain things. Also, on the 360 the game really started suffering horrendous load times. There's lists of documented bugs that are longer than I can really go into detail here if you search for them.

@Korbie Another thing to be careful with that's not totally a bug is talking to characters that are triggers for companion quests. ED-E, Raul, and Veronica will all start their quests after you've spoken to certain people about certain things with them in your party. It's mostly been patched, but occasionally if your companion isnt with you the first time you talk to somebody, you wont get it later.
