Assassin's Creed: Revelations teaser warns of big June 6 reveal

You'll be just as shocked as we were to hear that, yes, this year's big Assassin's Creed game, Revelations, will be given its first big media blowout at E3. As much is confirmed at the tail end of the latest teaser for Ezio's final chapter, which we've embedded after the break.

Looks like they either are doing CGI, or that graphic engine got a nice boost.

I have a feeling they got inspired by what Rockstar did with LA Noire. I expect very crisp graphics out of this.

@Prax They did indeed. I think I read that they are using the same motion capture as LA Noire did.

Microsoft and/or Sony press conference? Cause I don't think Ubisoft is going to have their conference on Monday right? Unless they just post it online that day.

@RevolutionJ12 im gonna say its gonna be during sonys. sony/ubi have been pretty tight on the AC stuff the past few years

I'm guessing this is another side game like AC:Brotherhood. Otherwise, I would assume it's be Assassins Creed 3: Revelations. I love Ezio and Altair but I am ready for a new ancestor. But, I have to say that I am still giddy as a school girl for this game. Assassins Creed is one of the best series in gaming and probably the best new franchise to launch this generation. I can never get enough of it ... I hope they do a game for NGP & 3DS. The AC for psp (bloodlines?) was actually really good in terms of the overall story and narrative of the AC universe but because of the button layout and graphical limitations of the PSP the environments didn't feel alive like in the PS3 version. Everything was empty.

Can't wait fir the big reveal at E3!!!!!!!!!

Yea its the last in the Ezio story with a real AC 3 coming soon, probably next year.

I dont think we will see a new ancestor....it will just be Desmond running thru 2012 NYC....

As cool as that could be. I don't think I'm ready for them to blow their load on that so soon. Would much rather have another ancestor, personally.

@Johnnynumber5 is powered by cell They're old ancestors, but completely new locations. It's not like we're going back to Italy again, we're just going to be playing the same characters. And that's perfectly fine by me.

I'm so tired of announcements that tease the teaser, which then hints at a big reveal. I'd be a lot more interested in so many more games if they just saved it all up for a big megaton shock instead of slowly trickling it out.

Video is so dramatic till you remember...we'll never see Ezios death...since the line stops with them knocking someone up...not when they die...

It seems more likely that AC3 will be mostly Desmond running around fighting Abstergo with some Animus action cause Ubisoft loves their Animus stuff. Also, that'd be badass to have an ancestor from colonial America. Leon Czolgosz, the man who assassinated McKinley, would be a good ancestor.

Nice I hope they keep Altairs voice actor from AC 1 if he has any diologe. This looks really good I don't mind playing as Ezio and/or Altair again as long as an AC 3/4/etc is still planned

Can't wait to send Ezio off in style. Here's hoping for yet another solid game.....and looking forward to AC:3 whenever that comes out.

Wasn't much a fan of the first two, but Brotherhood was absolutely a masterpiece IMO. Revelations is one of my highly anticipated titles this year.

Anyone know where the Ubisoft press conference is going to be held, and whether or not it is invite only?

His kid is not going to have a father, since he's so old now if I understand the way the animus works correctly. Also am I the only one who wants to know who the mother is going to be?

Ah, I do love the CGI trailers, they're always stunning.
This will definitley be a main E3 highlight for me.
