This is absolutely great. Kinda sucks for those dudes on eBay selling it for $185 now.

@XRZ36

There is a charm to having the physical copy. But I'd like to see those prices drop for sure. Any Saturn owner looking for this game is certainly savvy enough to get this on the 360.

I'd still be willing to go to $70 for the original. I always want an excuse to fire up my Saturn (though my Panzar Dragoon Saga ought to be enough).

Yes, yes, I'm gloating.

As an owner of RS (bought it new at an import store when it came out), I'm kind of disappointed that the price of has been steadily dropping since the announcement that this would be ported to XBLA. However, I'm glad that more people will be able to play it. It's a truly incredible game that I still break out the Saturn from time to time to play.

Now that they're porting this and Guardian Heroes, Panzer Dragoon Saga will be the only thing to make me still dust off the ole' Saturn. But even then I have to replace the battery to be able to save, so I kind of wish that would come to XBLA or PSN or something as well.

Totally looking forward to this one. Trouble Witches Neo didn't impress me enough to warrant a buy, and I'm holding off on Deathsmiles II for a couple more weeks, but Radiant Silvergun is a day-one buy for me.

Both this and Guardian Heroes coming on Xbox Live!

And the Bangai-O HD game!

Are we getting TOO spoiled with Treasure games, or is that even possible?

I have a feeling that at first the original will go down in price, but it actually has the potential to raise in value too since more people will have knowledge of the game.

wonder if they are updating the graphics and giving you the PC wallpaper that came with the original. Man I miss those extras hidden on adisc when put into a PC

Saturn is making more headlines in 2011 than it did in the '90s. The 32X is jealous.

That would be funny though I wouldn't mind seeing Third World War, and Dark Wizard making a return. Actually I''d rather see Master of Monsters come back as well. That game had me glued to my genesis.

Snatcher, Sonic CD (Both soundtracks, preferably), and anything with a Working Designs logo slapped on it. I think that covers just about all the good ones...

...Oh, and Shining Force CD! There 'ya go.

And while we're at it, a proper release of Shining Force III's three scenarios in English.

NOW FEEL MY ARCTIC BLAST!

Please do Silhouette Mirage next and complete the Saturn/Treasure trifecta.

@zero2dash If they do this...combining the visuals of the Saturn version with the extras of the PSOne...I may need to track you down on XBLA. I don't know many people who even KNOW about Silhouette Mirage, let alone ask for an HD port.

I didn't know this was coming to the XBLA, but apparently, people did.
Well, I'm glad. I've never got around beating Ikaruga but it doesn't matter, Radiant Silvergun is a name imprinted in every collector's mind. Even though this version doesn't count as "collectable", day one purchase.
