WRUP: It's E3 time

E3 2011 takes place next week, so stop on by for a never ending deluge of gaming news, previews, screens, vids and other gobs of information. And away we go to LA.

What's everyone playing?

Alexander Sliwinski (@XanderSliwinski): What had I been playing? Dawn of War 2 co-op. This weekend will be spent packing and getting ready for next week's marathon. Might check out some of these iPhone games I bought for a dollar and never played.
Ben Gilbert (@BigBossBgilbert): If I can stop playing (and getting furious at) Super Stickman Golf, I'll head back to 1947 for a bit of detective work pre-E3. How else will I navigate Los Angeles?!
Christopher Grant (@ChrisGrant): Maybe some more Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, if I have the time. I'll more than likely be jamming on some of that Super Stickman Golf in preparation for E3 multiplayer madness. You're going down, Gilbert!
David Hinkle (@DaveHinkle): Having finally finished Bulletstorm (it was quite good!), the only game I have left to finish right now is L.A. Noire, but I doubt I'll have enough time before flying out on Sunday for E3 to finish it.
Griffin McElroy (@griffinmcelroy): I have Ocarina of Time 3D on one portable console, and Final Fantasy VII on another. If I could show this to my twelve-year-old self, he would be freaking the hell out.
JC Fletcher (@jcfletcher): WHATEVER I CAN GET FOR FREE THROUGH THIS PS3. I will devour all content!
Justin McElroy (@JustinMcElroy): Pretty much JUST George Plimpton's Video Falconry.
Ludwig Kietzmann (@LudwigK): An ocean has come between me and my consoles, so I'll stick to portable games if I find the time. I brought along Ghost Trick, 999 and an iPhone full of games.
Mike Schramm (@MikeSchramm): Working on L.A. Noire still, and I have a hankering to play a quality RPG lately. The Witcher 2? Fallout: New Vegas? Who knows?
Randy Nelson (@DangerPenguin): I plan on cracking some more cases in L.A. Noire (in glorious black and white!) and then I think I'll investigate Red Johnson's Chronicles now that the PlayStation Store is back up.
Richard Mitchell (@SenseiRAM) L.A. Noire and 3D Dot Game Heroes for me. Oh, and going to E3 so ... a book, I guess?
Steven Wong: Picking up Black Ops again for Call of the Dead. Must learn to stop shooting Zombie Romero. Shooting him just makes him angry ...

Probably pick up the Rockstar pass and get the rest of the LA Noire DLC that you can get at the mo. Also downloaded my free copy of inFAMOUS so will have a crack at that. But of course, this is assuming that Super Stickman Golf releases me from it's clutches. Damn you. it's taking up far too much of my time.

Most fun ever!

I will be playing Joystiq E3 BINGO! Beyond that, I am always finding myself in AC:B multiplayer but my find time for Mortal Kombat when I get it from Gamefly tomorrow.

I took Monday, and Tuesday off and the wife and kid are visiting grandma. It's just me, E3 rumors, FFIV: The After Years, Ghost Recon 3DS, Terry Pratchett novels, looking for extra stuff in L.A. Noire, and Vanquish, which somehow manages to make Bulletstorm's spectacle-drenched campaign seem like Pong in comparison.

Ah well, them's the breaks. I'm glad it was you, at least. If you eat anything like you bang then it was probably over before she knew it.

Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood and maybe Valkryia Chronicles, if I feel like I can finally get past that stupid Batymis tank this time. I'm getting tired of retrying that. At least I finally found out you can save mid-battles.

I'm sort of curious to see what Atlus has planned for E3. I got one of their newsletters today and they've got some stuff planned. Also, I'll bet a shiny new nickel that Microsoft is going to announce a new Xbox. A friend of mine and I both agree that MS has something in the works, even though they said that they're following Sony's example of a 10 year console this generation. That being said, I wonder if Sony's going to say anything about the PS4. My friend and I are also betting that S-E's going to announce that Final Fantasy Versus XIII is going to go multi-platform. Not only will it go on the PS3 and Xbox 360, but we're also thinking that it might arrive on Nintendo's new console.

As for what I'm playing, I just downloaded four games from the PSN Welcome Back package and I'm bouncing between those, White Knight Chronicles, and Breath of Fire 3 for the PSP. So far, Super Stardust is my favorite of the bunch, though the others, Wipeout HD, Ratchet and Clank, and Little Big Planet are all awesome, too. It's so awesome to have multiple accounts across multiple regions!

my 360 did crazy damage to my wii playtime this gen. even though the gamecube got my hours last gen. I hope the new console is great and draws me back.

I actually found the Emerald Weapon to be the tougher of the two the last time I played. Which is not how I remembered it being in my younger days.

Playing free content on the PS3. I've downloaded all of the content from the Welcome Back, so I'm about to try out Super Stardust HD in 3D. Also I'm still working on Castlevania: LoS on the 360.

Duke Nukem Forever demo. I'm quite enjoying it.
Also, GTA IV DLC.

After about 10 weeks of playing (off and on though, as the counter only registered 63 hours) i finally beat the Real Elite IV, Alder, and Cynthia in Pokemon White. All that preparation paid off though, as i fairly curbstomped everyone (had a bit of trouble with Cynthia's Lucario, but part of that was bad luck)

Now, idk. Maybe try to get a quick replay of No More Heroes 2 in before OoT3DS comes out. Maybe a bit of Smash Bros too.

Playin some Brink...looots of Brink.

Picked up plants vs zombies and am hopelessly addicted

Got back into BF:BC2 and bought the Vietnam pack.

Finishing up some games as in NFS Hot Pursuit and Brohood. I am anxious to hear some more details about ZOE HD Collection and Dark Souls along with some surprises!

My friends and I will attempt to continue our 100 win streak in Black Ops, and then I'll play lots of SSBB, and maybe some terraria, minecraft, and league of legends.

Cod 4, acb, half life2, wipeout.

Well, I just got my free copy of dead nation, so I'll be jammin' on that this weekend.

Ys I (Chronicles), maybe some NeoGeo Heroes: Ultimate Shooting, Neptunia, and/or Xenosaga I. Will likely get Duael Invaders and Sky Force and try those out, in addition to the Welcome Back packages.

I'm still playing The Witcher 2. With finals, it was difficult to find time, but now that school is over (for...about a week, if I keep summer classes) I'll have a bit more time to work on my pile of shame.

Will hopefully finish up Portal 2 coop, then maybe a bit more achievement hunting in that. After that's done, who knows! Maybe I'll try to get back into AssCreedBroho multiplayer. Still a ways off from level 50.

Finished off LA Noire, so probably some SOCOM4 and various demos to hold me over until inFamous 2 on Tuesday.

I'm gonna be playing the game of "eagerly anticipating E3." It's fun but really suspenseful.

Also maybe some Reach and New Vegas.

Nothing much for me this weekend, just some Nier and Killzone 3.

i will be playing RDR undead nightmare and another few plays of the duke nukem demo (starting to consider buying it), then continue watching Sons of anarchy season 3

Me, well, I plan on using the weekend to get a whole bunch of new gif and images ready to post on my joy/displeasure of what will be announced next week. As for gaming, more LA Noire. I feel I'm almost done, so hopefully I get through that before OoT3D comes out.

just going through my backlog of gaming this month.

Not a single one of you is playing The Witcher 2 and only one wants too? For shame!
